The staff at the Summit Ann Taylor store know how to provide great customer service. I was cheerfully greeted as I entered the store. As I looked and shopped someone would offer assistance. Catherine was a huge help finding and recommending the right cut according to body shape, as I was buying for my daughter who was not with me. Lauren rang up my order. She offered a gift receipt and wrapped my purchases separately from my gifts. Other customers were being helped also and the positivity and efficiency of the staff seemed to spread throughout the store. All in all the it was an extraordinary shopping experience!

I appreciate loft as a company for their classic styles and extended sizes (very petite gal here and makes shopping hard). The ladies at the summit are always so professional and kind! Yesterday they really were outstanding. They received items from the back for me (one they even got out a box they hadn’t put out yet). I got confused with a coupon and felt like I was difficult but they assured me they were there to help!! Thank you for your kind service. I was having a bad day and needed retail therapy and your smiles and lovely spirits helped cheer me up.
